Overview of Employee Benefits

Medical
Comprehensive medical care benefits via CIGNA (medical, mental health, prescription drug). Access to three options for medical care coverage. Plans are available to employees and eligible family members, including domestic partners.

Dental
Two plan options through CIGNA that encourage dental health by paying, within plan limits, for many preventive services and percentages of many restorative services. One plan includes orthodontia. Plans are available to employees and eligible family members, including domestic partners.

Vision
VSP encourages preventive eye care by offering coverage for comprehensive eye exams and allowances for lenses and frames or contact lenses. Plans are available to employees and eligible family members, including domestic partners.

Health Savings Account
A pre-tax savings account for reimbursement of out of pocket qualified medical, dental and vision expenses. Available only to employees selecting the high deductible health plan medical option. The Company contributes to the plan.

Flexible Spending Account
A pre-tax savings account for reimbursement of out of pocket medical and dependent care expenses.

Disability
Provides income when you cannot work due to illness or injury. Both short and long term disability plans are available.

Insurance Plans

  • Company provided coverage for death and AD&D at 2x basic annual earnings to a max of $650,000.
  • Optional voluntary life and AD&D insurance available through CIGNA.
  • Other optional plans are Whole Life, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance.

401K Savings Plan

  • Defined Contribution Plan managed by Voya
  • Company match contribution of 4% with employee minimum contribution of 4%
  • Range of investment options available
  • Eligible to participate after six months of service
  • Fully vested on company contributions after three years of service
